 There
are an estimated 12 million illegal aliens in the United States,
who have come to the land of opportunity, where the ex-slave still
struggles for equality and opportunity. Clearly some illegal
aliens see the new found land as an opportunity to continue criminal
behavior as well. America is under construction, every major
city in the nation is exercising development. Cheap labor
is the bottom line to this argument. Many of the jobs that
others will not take at for such a low wage these illegal aliens
will gladly accept. Statistics from the Immigration and Customs
Enforcement (ICE) service are surprising. During 2005
15,049 fugitive aliens were arrested and 9,100 were deported and
of that number only 267 aliens were arrested in connection with
terrorism investigations. However, in a May 2005 report by
the Government Accountability Office (GAO)--which studied 55,322
criminal aliens in detention who had entered the country illegally
97 percent of those in the study population had been arrested more
than once with a total of 459,000 total arrests within the group
of 55,322, which is an average of 8 arrest per person included the
following types of crimes: Drugs--24 percent, Immigration
violations--21 percent, Property crimes (such as burglary, larceny,
theft, and vehicle theft)--15 percent, Violent crimes (murder, robbery,
assault, and sex crimes)--12 percent, other offenses including traffic
violations, weapons offenses and fraud)--28 percent. Why did

 Racial
profiling on Capitol Hill may not be so far fetched of an idea.
Since 9/11 we have all experienced a security check that was a little
more than we would have desired. Why would the Capitol police
put so much of an emphasize on a pin given to members of congress
to be identified by security to enter and exit without having to
be stopped; Well, how brilliant is that? I will give my pin
to the next person that wants to walk into the capitol to destroy
our country. Cynthia McKinney is right.
The Capitol police should pay more attention to her face and not
something as simple as a pin that can be worn by anyone that may
be seeking to do harm. The officer may have gone a
little too far for McKinney and she hit him to
make him back off. Does that warrant her to be arrested?
Hell no! I am glad that she was brave enough fight
back when she has been violated by and excited member of the capitol
police force. Cynthia has a voice that is
needed in Congress and she is never afraid to speak out. This
is the same woman that has not been given proper credit for telling
the world that President Bush had knowledge of
a possible attack prior to 9/11. Racism is a part of the fabric
of this nation and will forever remain. Tom DeLay
had the nerve to call Cynthia McKinney
a racist and he is a crook. Do not be fooled people this is
an election year and this event might be used to block McKinney
from being re-elected. |

Smith , known as LL Cool J has announced
he will publish a new book titled LL Cool J's Platinum
Body . The book contains the rapper's regimen
for a "platinum body." Well, he can speak on this topic as
an authority. The Lady's Love is known for being in
great shape. However, LL did get some help
by his personal trainer, Dave "Scooter" Honig .
The book will feature a fitness program for men and women at a bronze,
silver, gold, and platinum workout levels for individuals interested
in shedding pounds and remaining fit. "This workout program
changed my life; both physically and emotionally," LL Cool
J said in a statement. "Now I want to share
with others how they can achieve their own personal version of a
Platinum Body." Rodale owns and publishes a variety of health
oriented magazines, including Men's Health ,
Women's Health , Prevention
, Runner's World , and many
others. LL Cool J's Platinum Body
is slated for publications in January 2007. His latest album
Todd Smith hit the stores this month. |

 Damon
Dash is finally telling the
real deal about him and Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter going
their separate ways. Damon goes into great
detail in an interview in the upcoming issue of King
Magazine . "My best friend did some sh*t to
me that I never thought in a million years he would do," Dash
said about Jay-Z . "It was straight
war in there everyday. Either you were on Jay's
side or Dame's side." Damon Dash
and Jay-Z ran Roc-A-Fella before it
was acquired by Def Jam in 2004. Damon makes
the claim that Jay-Z out witted him and eventually
pushed him out. The perception is that Def Jam bought Roc-A-Fella.
Jay's the president of Def Jam. Dash
does admit that he and Shawn Carter had a history
making run while they were friends and business partners. |

 Drug
Dealers and Killers Strike Again ...A
28-year-old man suspected of fatally shooting rapper Proof
of D12 recently turned himself in.
Mario Etheridge of Detroit is being detained by the police for allegedly
shooting the rapper during an altercation inside of the C.C.C. nightclub.
Etheridge was a bouncer at the club and the cousin of Keith Bender
Jr., another bouncer that who was allegedly shot by Proof
during a fight, which took place approximately at 4:30
am according to the police. The altercation was rooted in
a pool game when the two men began arguing and a fight broke out.
A shot was fired in the air, Proof allegedly pistol-whipped
Bender, knocked him to the ground and shot him. Etheridge then allegedly
open fire on Proof , striking him four times in
the head and chest. An investigation is ongoing, but the Detroit
Police said that Mario Etheridge is cooperating with them.
Bender, a former Sgt. in the United States Army, is on life support
and in critical condition. |

Culpepper can start his career as a Miami Dolphin
free of legal drama that could have landed him in jail
this season. The football player was cleared of misdemeanor
lewd conduct charges stemming from a boat-part sex scandal in Minnesota.
At the time he was playing for the Minnesota Vikings
accused of lewd conduct during the cruise last fall of Lake Minnetonka.
Well, let me give you the hot details. Culpepper
was accused of touching a dancer's buttocks during her performance.
However, he said he spent time on the boat shooting dice
and turned down sexual offers from several women. Moe
Williams , who was also charged, was accused of touching
a dancer's breast, testified that a woman danced near him, but he
never touched her. Both players had claimed that race
was a factor in prosecutor Steve Tallen's decision to charge them,
while not charging two white men onboard--including the captain
of one of the boats--even though investigators found evidence the
men both kissed a stripper's exposed nipple. However, Cornerback
Fred Smoot and Defensive Tackle Bryant
McKinnie , were not so lucky their hearings are scheduled
for the coming week. |

 Ricky
Williams will meet with NFL officials in New York to beg
that his suspension be overturned. Williams
obviously has a problem with drugs and has previously tested positive
for marijuana, which he acknowledged using, but this most recent
test showed a drug other than marijuana. League officials
will not confirm Ricky's drug of choice due to
the confidentiality for positive test suspensions under league policy.
If the positive test is upheld, it would be Ricky's
fourth violation of the NFL's substance abuse policy, which would
result in at least a one-year suspension. Williams
had retired, but returned to the league and had to serve
a four-game suspension at the start of this past season for this
third violation of the drug program. Clearly Ricky
Williams is a drug addict that wants to beg his way back
into the league. I guess he needs the big money to
support his habit. |

 The
deal was in place to film a reality show about Barry Bonds'
quest to break the career home run record this season;
the subject matter may have quickly changed for the San
Francisco Giants slugger. The evidence of this was
seen in the premiere episode. Tears began to well up as Bonds
said, "They can take me down. I don't really care,
I never cared... Baseball, if they want to take me down, go
right ahead take it. Anyone who ever knew me knows I do not
care. But there are a lot of people depending upon me to stay
strong." Bonds said. Seems like he is not
so strong and is finally breaking under all the pressure.
If Barry was not such an asshole then perhaps
the media would not glee in the attack of his character and contribution
to baseball. |

Raising Hell ... Jennifer Lopez is suing
her ex-husband Ojani Noa for demanding $5 million from her to keep
their old baggage and private moments from being exposed in a tell
all book. J-Lo filed in Los Angeles superior
Court, the lawsuit  alleges
that Noa violated a confidentiality agreement by distributing the
manuscript of his book to publishers. Lopez
is also trying to obtain an restraining order to keep the manuscript
from becoming public. Karriene Steffans
kicked up enough dust until she managed to make it to Oprah's
couch to discuss her whorish ways of the past. She
wrote " Confessions Of A Video Vixen ,"
tried to make it sound like the men in the rap game used her, but
they did nothing that she did not allow them to do.
I am not surprised that the very next day an adult video company
announced the release of a film depicting her in a porn movie.
The scene features Karriene and Mr. Marcus for
his " Cool Spot " DVD, which features
the original footage and unreleased material from the shoot.
From what I hear the adult film shows that Karriene's
nickname Superhead is well deserved. Naomi
Campbell has backed out on her friend Sean "P.
Diddy" Combs new reality show with celebrities cooking.
It is not clear if her backing out had something to do with her
recently being arrested for assaulting her maid Ana Scolavino.
The word is Diddy is pissed with Naomi
and the two of them may no longer be friends. Sean
Combs is known to hold a grudge. |

I am still working on collecting more information about this, but
I have heard some serious rumors that Nelly was
involved in a sexual assault of the singer Tevin Campbell
. Wikipedia has removed the story they originally
ran that stated in some detail that Tevin may
be claiming that Nelly sexually assaulted him.
This is not the first time that Tevin has been
sexually assaulted or offered to perform sexual favors for men.
It is not clear if the singer was working in the studio with
the rapper or what, but somehow the two connected.
Now it is well known that Tevin Campbell is gay
and was arrested in 1999 after offering to perform a sexual favor
on a male undercover police officer, and shortly after was sexually
assaulted by four men outside of a gay club. Russell
and Kimora may be having a more difficult
time with their separation than what they originally claimed.
The
soon to be split Hip Hop couple were in Miami at Trump's
mansion for the Annual Rush Arts Ceremony .
The word I got was the two of them flew on separate jets to Miami
and did not sit at the same table and did not speak to each other
the entire night. Seems Kimora is
not pleased with Russell going public with their
separation nor his being seen with his hot, much younger, new love
interest.

There has been plenty of debate over illegal immigration into
the United States. Clearly this issue is an emotional
and multifaceted one for American citizens and noncitizens alike;
huge public demonstrations have been staged to pro-immigration
advocates, while national-security conservatives are fixated on
threats from terrorism, gangs, and other factors--have called
for strict border controls and enforcement of immigration laws.
From a security standpoint, illegal immigration unquestionably
poses certain risks to the United States in context of
cross-border immigration from Mexico, those could be from the
jihadist or terrorist organizations like al Qaeda, the final concern
is of drugs and weapons smuggling, which is a common practice
of gangs like Mara Salvatrucha is known as MS-13.

Wow is not well liked by Master P
nor his son Romeo . According to a recent
interview of Master P on K104.5 FM in Dallas
Bow Wow was not well spoken of by the rapper;
Sounds like he challenged him to a fight on the behalf of his
son. Speaking of fighting Tyson Beckford
got assaulted at Wet Willies in Miami. A man tired
to rob the former model for his chain. Not sure if they
got it or not, but I hear that Tyson is not

best fighter. Trey Songz was arrested
over at Clark Atlanta University; Seems that he
was holding up traffic while passing out his new CD out of the
window of his car. Well, Trey was stopped
and taken in when he got smart with the police officer for the
university. Trey was thrown to the ground
and taken into custody. Tina Brown cannot be stopped; the
sister-in-law of Whitney Houston now claims
that Whitney is a sometime lesbian. However,
that is nothing knew. Whitney was reported
to have been romantically involved with 
her
former manager Robin, who left Whitney prior
to her life going down hill. Well, according to a former
barber for Gary, Whitney's brother, who is also
on drugs and--all this stems from a very dysfunctional childhood.
My source shared with me that Gary told him
during one of his many haircuts that their mother Cissy
had three children by three different men. The
source went on to say that Whitney and Gary
have another brother, whose father was Cissy's
brother-in-law at the time he was conceived. You
got it the source says that Whitney's momma
was hot back in the day and got pregnant by her own sister's husband.
